Those wonderful Benedictine Sisters can make everything sound 'heavenly' indeed! "Bring Flowers of the Rarest" was never an absolute favorite for me, but now, how can it not be? I agree; their version is one of the loveliest! According to the booklet that accompanies the CD, Sr. Wilhelmina loved "Bring Flowers of the Rarest" and sang it "with great gusto" each year when their youngest postulant crowned the Mary statue. Knowing this makes me love the hymn even more.
